Prime goal of it is to combine team-building with social responsibility. Participants are doing a voluntary action where such situations appear in a natural way that often appear also in the working place. This program offers a perfect possibility for community development. In the frame of the program participants can build playgrounds, renovate and decorate public places, kindergartens, children’s homes, establishments of public utility, etc., prepare equipments or plant flowers and trees.
