During the weekdays we have to fight with much strain. We want to get rid of it somehow. A good opportunity to do it is on the „Strongman day”. Players have to fight with different equipments and accessories. We mainly recommend this program to men. They compete with each other on different physical shapes. They have to carry, throw, lift, pull and roll.
